Clinical psychologist. An expert in treating extreme conditions with a rich background in therapy and management of therapeutic teams in crisis situations in various settings: military, intelligence community, halfway houses, and more. Accompanied by extensive therapeutic experience in somatic work, nature journeys, and training in therapy using consciousness-altering substances. Alongside individual therapy, she initiates and believes in healing spaces. Among other things, she took part in the establishment of 'Gaga', 'Between the Shadows', and 'Dancing Shiv’ah,' addressing coping with death and loss.

Omri Russo
Operations Manager

Studying, practicing and teaching the Buddhist path, the non-dual approach and additional spiritual perceptions for a little over a decade. Treats with Chinese medicine: acupuncture, tuina and herbs, spiritual psychology and with the help of horses. Accompanies personal and group processes through aspects of body-mind-spirit and mindfulness-based inquiry. From personal processes he went through in his life, he has a special connection in delving into processes of mourning and bereavement and accompanying people in extreme situations and trauma.

In addition to being a therapist, he is also an entrepreneur at heart and an officer in the Maglan unit. Founded the company "Unitel Social Solutions", which specializes in working with people with special needs, new immigrants and foreign workers.

Attentive Eyes

Each participant in the retreat is accompanied by a therapist who acts as a "attentive eyes" throughout the workshop, from the welcome to the conclusion of the retreat. During the retreat, the guide meets with participants in small groups and supports them through the process. Additionally, their role is to identify complex situations, provide assistance, or refer to a more senior therapist. Towards the end of the retreat, the guide helps with the transition back to the outside world and the continuation of therapy using one of the tools the participant experienced during the workshop.

During the retreat, participants are exposed to emotional work and discharge through tools of voice, movement, touch, music, art, writing, ancient crafts, nature and more.

The intention is to give each person expression and work in their own language and to be exposed to a variety of new tools.
